The publisher, Carsten Giersch, Dr. phil. habil., is a senior partner at Berlin Risk and head of its research and knowledge partner, the Berlin Risk Institute. He is also an adjunct professor of political science at the University of Rostock, the Hansestadt bordering the Baltic Sea.
